You’ll meet with Dr. Samuel Waddoups for a comprehensive consultation, during which they will perform a detailed orthodontic examination. What Are Diagnostic Records?
In some cases, we may schedule an appointment for Diagnostic Records. These records help us create a precise treatment plan and may include:
- Digital study models of your teeth
- Panoramic and cephalometric X-rays
- Tracings and other orthodontic assessments
If time permits, we may take these records during your initial visit. Our doctors carefully review these records to determine the best course of treatment.
What’s Included in Your Orthodontic Investment?
We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of your investment in orthodontic care. Your treatment investment covers:
- Orthodontic records, including X-rays, study models, and a personalized treatment plan
- Comprehensive treatment with braces or Invisalign, including all office visits, appliances, and procedures
- One set of final retainers for Phase II (comprehensive) treatment
To maintain the durability of your appliances, it’s essential to follow care instructions. If replacements are needed due to loss or damage, an additional fee may apply.
Next Steps After Your Exam
Before you leave, we’ll schedule your next appointment and provide any necessary instructions for care. If you’re starting treatment immediately, we’ll make sure you leave with everything you need to care for your new appliance.
Insurance and Payment Options

Our treatment coordinator will discuss fees and payment options during your first visit. We offer flexible payment plans to fit your budget and accept most insurance plans. We accept assignment of benefits for most insurance plans, helping to minimize out-of-pocket costs. If we do not accept direct payments from your plan, we will gladly file claims for reimbursement.
